Cosette graduated from Medix College in a Massage Therapy program. She is a qualified as a Registered Massage Therapist, licensed with CMTO (College of Massage Therapist of Ontario).
She utilizes her expertise in a variety of techniques from deep tissue and trigger point therapy used for targeting muscle pain from injuries, posture, and exercise to gentle flowing relaxation that is great for stress management.
